How to get the most out of your home workouts.
Losing weight can be the most frustrating thing a person can try to overcome in life. It feels like we have a constant reminder everywhere we turn. I get it I have been in your shoes.
I gained over 150 lbs. After having my 4 children and dealing with my depression. I did all the fab diets. I could never stick with it. I was bored of the food, starving. I was constant with my workouts. I felt uncomfortable and home workouts didn’t seem to do anything. Then one day I just had enough of feeling this way. I had to figure out what was going to work for me and be realistic for my lifestyle.
About me — Britt in training this a more in depth about my journey and results.
In this blog I will give you some good home workouts and equipment you could use to help you on this journey.

3. Dumbbells are an essential part piece of equipment. they are a small bar with equal weight on both sides. I will honestly say that I have a love hate relationship with dumbbells for my home gym. I have I in a small space so to make room for a set or multiple sizes is a nuisance to me, and they end up being in the way no matter where I put them. My love for them is greater. Dumbbells have a wide range of how you can use them (Floor press, Goblet squat, marching in place with bicep curl, Renegade rows) and while resistance training is great for toning and weight loss if you are looking to gain muscle size dumbbells would be a huge benefit. I’m going to add a few options here for people needing a space options and ones not worried about that.
4. Aerobic steppers may seem like long-forgotten accessories from vintage workout classes, but don’t think this simple tool has lost its strength in today’s fitness world. These lightweight, cost-effective platforms can be perfect for budding home gym enthusiasts looking to step up their cardio training and more.
These simple but effective steppers are way to boost your calorie-burning circuits. Can elevated surface for jump squats, lunges and other dynamic exercises.
Remember that none of these are needed to lose weight but from my experience these were a game charger for me and my lifestyle changes. Working out for me became so much more than just losing weight. Not only did my body feel better but so did my mind.
